The VF-25F Tornado Messiah Valkyrie, which appeared in the theatrical version, was equipped with a new type of backpack called the "Tornado Backpack," which could be used both inside and outside the atmosphere. This equipment was a test device created to verify the technology used by the "YF-29 Durandal Valkyrie." Compared to previous enhanced equipment, it placed more emphasis on aerodynamics, adding large thrusters covering the main wings, rotary engines located at the ends of the main wings, armored limbs with high-mobility propulsion nozzles, and rotary twin beam cannons, among other equipment.

"VF-25F Tornado Messiah Valkyrie (Saotome Manned) Revival Ver." is a modified version based on the previous release. The paint colors of the Messiah Valkyrie body and the Tornado backpack have been revamped, and a low-gloss paint finish has been applied to give it a heavy texture. The body and backpack are also printed with the machine's logo. The cool design and rich details are condensed into a model with a total height of about 25 cm.

With a sturdy alloy frame and a precise fully transforming mechanism, it recreates the three forms of Fighter, Gerwalk, and Battled. Each form can also freely detach and assemble the tornado backpack to recreate the enhanced form. It can be paired with accessories such as Gunpod, Assault Dagger, and Pilot Mini Figure to play with battle scenes.
