With the continuous improvement and evolution of the '30MM' series, the first mobile suit "Alto" released in 2019 is clearly outdated in terms of weapon expansion capabilities. To further enhance Alto's playability, this product uses relay armor parts with more 3mm expansion holes to replace part of the original armor, and further adds new armor designed by mechanical designer Kenjiro Ebikawa , as well as a large variable weapon that can switch between sword mode and cannon mode.

The kit uses the color scheme of the full-armored Alto exclusive parts and features the refined parts construction characteristic of the '30MM' series, as well as a quick and easy assembly design. Even with heavy armor, it still maintains a flexible range of motion. The unmanned support machine "Roy-Roy" also has a newly created full-armored version, which can be modified using the newly added round shaft joints on both sides of the machine after being equipped.

In addition, the kit includes white head and shoulder armor parts of the same specifications as the PB limited product "Alto (X777 Unit's machine)", which can be used to modify the fully armored Alto.
