After the Black Death, which had been raging for centuries, was over, the civilized world saw its dawn again in Central Europe in the 1670s. People began to expand and renovate their houses, and farmland was ready to be plowed, sown and harvested. With long-term food shortages, people began to eat more meat when oatmeal, bread, fruits and vegetables were not enough to fill their bellies (a habit that continues to this day).
At the end of the game, the player with the richest farm wins, and the animals you didn't eat become part of your wealth.
This is an updated version of "Farmhouse", which won the German Game of the Year Special Award in 2008. The game mechanics and cards have been fine-tuned and become more complete. It is an indispensable treasure for advanced players.
