Imprisoned in a fictional city among the stars, Lord Carcosa spreads madness and misery among unsuspecting people. However, there are also people who are willing to sacrifice their extraordinary sanity to close the road to this nightmare kingdom.
This expansion adds six original investigators, all player cards, and custom content originally part of the Paths of Carcosa lore.
