There is a 40-card Hulk pre-constructed deck.

This hero pack contains everything you need to play Hulk, including a pre-constructed deck. When playing as Hulk for the first time, remove all cards placed in front of the divider card and follow the game setup instructions in the Beginner's Guide. There is a complete deck list on the back of the divider card for your reference. When building your own player deck, you can use the remaining cards placed after the dividing cards. The rules for deck building can be found in the appendix of "Detailed Rules".
